The latest update was a redesign of the layout for both desktop and mobile. However, for returning users the update to Bootstrap (the system used for creating the layout) may appear to have messed up the layout. To fix it, do Ctrl-F5 on a desktop, and on your mobile delete stored browser files, and sorry but it's different for each mobile browser type. I had to look it up on the internet!'
